Store Sinsay

A Polish label of apparel and accessories for teenage girls

Review of Sinsay

Product range: Clothing, footwear, and accessories for teenagers. If compared to the nearest competition (think ASOS, New Look, New Yorker, and the like),
SinSay make pieces that come in more understated styles and calmed-down colorways. SinSay stores stock dozens of cropped tees, floral print mini dresses, velour platform sneakers, shades in color plastic frames, and unassuming compact handbags. It's difficult to resist the feeling that T-shirts alone make up at least three-quarters of the whole range.

Originality: Judged by other youth-oriented mass market brands, Sinsay are darn cheap while blatantly unpretentious. Sinsay apparel reminds us of H&M Basic: simple cuts and neutral colors with trimming kept to the bare minimum. This is why high school students oftentimes flock SinSay stores when back-to-school shopping.

Relevance: SinSay cater to the tastes of teenagers but adopt only the most widespread, obvious, and affordable of the latest trends. Off-the-shoulder tops, wide-leg pants, and chokers are staple items available from a plethora of other affordables brands.

Pricing is truly generous relative to the competition on the affordable side. T-shirts are ₽300 and above, jeans are ₽1,000, shirts are ₽800, while handbags start from ₽500.

Corporate history highlights: The Poland-based LLP company that owns Reserved, Cropp, House, and Mohito brands launched SinSay, the youngest brand in its portfolio as of today, in 2013. The concept of simple and affordable clothing for teenage girls, cut-throat competition notwithstanding, proved a commercial success. Nowadays, SinSay boast a retail chain of over 200 stores in Poland, Russia, and elsewhere. SinSay products are made mostly in China. The LLP company owns no factories, but assumes basic responsibilities for occupational safety and health.
