Desigual store locations
A label distinguished by its unswerving commitment to the paisley pattern and long spaghetti strap dresses
Review of Desigual
Product range. Tank tops, T-shirts, pants, dresses, skirts, cardigans, jumpers, shirts, outerwear, and accessories. The diverse range is unified by a coherent, if heavy, use of rainbow colours in patterns and prints, which makes Desigual stand apart from the competition.
Originality. Desigual are well-nigh unimaginable without bold colours, prints, patchwork, graffiti, and the paisley pattern. The designer team seek no simple solutions: oftentimes one piece makes use of several types of fabrics.
Chic. Desigual have developed a style of their own. This is why some of the pieces look old-fashioned while others are utterly on-trend. The loyal Desigual customer, however, does not really care.
Pricing. Affordable but not the lowest on the market. On average, tank tops and T-shirts fall within the £50 to £60 range, while the finest of the dresses are £100 and above.
Corporate history highlights. Desigual was founded by Swiss-born businessman Thomas Meyer in 1984. As of time of writing, the company is still under his helm. Perhaps, this is why the style championed by Desigual has remained essentially unchanged for over three decades.
