By car

The shopping centre can be reached from A2/M2 and M20. Turn onto Whiffens avenue from The Brook, take the next right into Rope walk then right again across the bridge. At the top of the bridge turn left into the car parks. Car park tariffs: up to 1 hr 70p, up to 2 hrs £1.10, up to 3 hrs £1.30, up to 4 hrs £1.40, over 4 Hrs £5.
By bus
The new Chatham bus station is a 1 minute walk away from the shopping centre.
By train
There are trains from local towns including Rochester and Gillingham and direct trains to London St Pancras and Victoria. The station is a 5 minute walk from the shopping centre. On exiting the station, turn right and head towards the town centre. The tall red brick building is the shopping centre.
